| HI Everyone!! My name is Mary Schaefer-Roper. I was born & raised in South Dakota. I have lived in Nebraska since 1980. Now a little something to let you know more about me. I have always loved art since I was a little girl. My dream was always to be able to draw something realistic. I work at it everyday, yet I always go back to comic caricatures. MMMMM! I guess it must be telling me something. I offer a wide variety of art work. I do charcoal, pencil, acrylics, watercolor, water-soluble oils, oils, pastel, and I have also done crafts for many, many years. I offer art in wildlife, flowers, fantasy, still life, animals, landscapes, angels, chinese, comic-caricatures, portraits, photography, etc. I love photography. I love capturing all the many kinds of sunsets I find fascinating. I love taking pictures of many kinds of landscapes, wild life, and of course my own animals. Art is endless!!!! I am country at heart, yet love the city access near by. Call me a country-city girl at heart, or maybe a country-city slicker. I love being creative. I am restless and bored unless I am creating something new or doing something with art. My other life time dream was to be a loan officer someday. I have over 30 years of banking and yes I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in business, management emphasis. I should have pursued a minor in art, accounting, and marketing, also. They are also a very big part of my life. I am still pursuing to find a loan officer trainee job, etc in banking.
